Mode of action :
Live lentogenic strain of Newcastle disease of poultry virus, characteristic for enterotropism stimulatesspecific self-defense of the organism against infection through the lymphatic system .immunity invaccinated poultry emerges in 1-2 weeks. It lasts still the end of fattening in broilers, chicken inbreed should be revaccinated in 4 laying hens were revaccinated according to result of serologicexamination .
Indication :
For prevention vaccination of poultry against Newcastle disease .
Contraindication :
It is not recommended tovaccinate ill poultry and chicken until the age of 14 days .
Interactions :
Application of any other live vaccines cannot be performed earlier than after a week .Breaking this timeinterval, especially in case of same application route of other live vaccine, restricts the developmentof immunity.

Posology and Method of AdministrationIndividual application :
200 vaccine doses are diluted in10 ml water for injections. Diluted vaccine is dropped on the mucous
membrane of the eye conjunctiva to to in individual birds.
Mass aaplication with a spray :Vaccine is applied diluted in water for injections using a sprayer that produces micro-drops. 1000
vaccination doses are diluted in 200 to 250 ml water for injection.Mass application indrinking water :
Vaccine is applied diluted in such an amount of drinking water that will be drink by poultry within 1–2hours after dilution .
In case of per-oral vaccination the vaccine may be diluted only in cold harmless water without anycontent of antiseptics and disinfection substances. Increase temperature, content of antiseptics anddisinfection means in water significantly decrease the content of vaccination virus in the dose. It isrecommended to revaccinate the laying hens according to results of serologic examination .
Specialprecautions :
Spray vaccination will ensure better protection against infection than application of vaccine into drinkingwater .
Vaccination of chickens from the age of 14 days performed by application of coarse spray by equalspraying over corresponding umber of poultry from distance of 30 to 50 cm. Too fine microdrops (mist by aerosol ) causes
inhalation of vaccinevirus into lungs and respiration disease arise . the application by aerosol is onlysuitable for re-vaccination and in this case the spray mist is created in the area over poultry .

Packing:
The vaccine is lyophilized by 200, 500, 1000 and 2500, 5000 dosesvaccination doses in vials. Sealed byrubber lyophilization stoppers with aluminum caps.

Storage :
Store in a dry and dark place at the temperature between 2 to 8 °C.Vaccine must not be exposed to a temperature over 8 °C for a long-time .
